Maritime Bushveld Estate

Maritime Bushveld Estate is situated near Fourways, towards the north of Johannesburg. This unique secure nature reserve is inhabited by herds of antelope, a myriad of bird species and a marvellous array of indigenous plants.

In the evenings, relax and enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the Magaliesberg mountains, sipping a sundowner and watching as the sun sets behind the waterhole and absorb the symphony from nature's orchestra.

Excellent local and international cuisine is served in the restaurant, and before dinner, guests can enjoy a drink from the well stocked bar serving South African and imported wines, beers and spirits.

Private dining can be catered for in the Italian styled wine cellar. There is also a traditional African boma (circular reed enclosure) for a memorable dining experience under the stars.

The 8 thatched African style en-suite chalets are equipped for self-catering, with mini kitchens, microwave, refrigerator, mini ovens and basic catering equipment. There are sleeper couches in the rooms which could also accommodate a child or teenager.
