Check-In and Check-Out Times

Rooms may be occupied from 2 pm on the day of arrival, and must please be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure for the convenience of arriving guests. A courtesy changing room is available for late check-outs and early check-ins.

Published Rates Include

Auberge / Grande Rooms and Petite Garden Suites : Breakfast is included.
Auberge Suites : Breakfast and a full bar are included.
Cottage : Breakfast and a selection of Franschhoek wines are included.
Four Quarters Suites : Breakfast, all drinks from the Four Quarters bar, light meals served by the pool from 10 am until 4 pm, afternoon tea and pre-dinner snacks and exclusive butler service are included.

Children Policy

Children of any age are welcome. Rates available on request.

Other Useful Information

It is advisable to pre-book dinner reservations in Franschhoek - either Travel Butlers can arrange this for you, or else please call the guest house in advance and they will be able to make any reservations for you.
