Isandlwana Lodge
Isandlwana Lodge is set high against the Nyoni Rock on which the Zulu commander stood during the Battle of Isandlwana. Here, the British Army faced one of its worst defeats on the morning of January 22 1879, and this magnificent lodge is the perfect place to gain commanding views over the battlefields below.
Among the other activities that can also be enjoyed at the Lodge are hiking trails, bird watching and horse trails through some of the most beautiful scenery in Zululand.
His superb tours will enthral you and captivate your imagination, as he recounts the stories of the famous battles. Tours to other Anglo Zulu and Anglo Boer battle sites are also possible by prior arrangement.
Luxurious bedrooms open out onto their own private balcony, with views across to the Isandlwana battlefield. Uniquely designed en-suite bathrooms all have a separate shower unit.
Delicious lunches and dinners are served by friendly, attentive staff. There is also a swimming pool and library for guest's enjoyment.

"We felt the services of TB, and in particular Tracey, were excellent. The real high points were Isandlwana (both lodge and Rob Gerrard tour), Phinda and Bradach Manor."
