Check-In and Check-Out Times
Rooms may be occupied from 1 pm on the day of arrival. If possible, aim to arrive at the lodge by this time, so you can relax and check into your room before going out on your first afternoon game drive, but if you don't think you can arrive by this time, you should aim to arrive by 3 pm at the very latest, or else you may miss the afternoon drive. Please be advised that ALL the gates into the reserve close at 8 pm.
Rooms must please be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure for the convenience of arriving guests. Late departures can be arranged, subject to the availability of rooms.
Published Rates Include
All meals, house wine, local beers, tea / coffee, mineral water, soft drinks, 2 daily game drives OR one daily game drive and one daily bush walk are included.
The rate excludes any laundry, treatments in the Wellness Centre, curio purchases, cigars from the cigar bar, other bar and beverages other than inclusive drinks, road or air transfers to and from the lodge, all airport taxes and applicable Madikwe entrance fees.

A private Land Rover can be pre-booked, subject to availability. This will be an additional cost - rates available on request Current rate: R4500 per vehicle per day, (subject to change).
All suites have a private sun deck fitted with a heated whirlpool, with a spectacular view of the surrounding bush. Each room has an interior and exterior shower, fireplace, mini bar fridge, mini-safe, air conditioning, heating, overhead fans and direct dial telephones. Bathrobes, hairdryers, insect repellent, sun block, shampoo, conditioner and body lotions are all available in the suite. International adapters are available.
Facilities at the Main Lodge include a bar, lounge, dining room, open air Kraal (Lesaka), curio shop, swimming pool, wellness centre, open air gym, wine cellar and computerized telescope. The curio shop stocks bush wear and African artifacts as well as film and batteries.
Relax by lounging at the swimming pool, strip away the stress of city living with a massage or aromatherapy on your private deck or in the bush spa, unwind by exercising in the bush gym, or simply catch up on your quiet time by selecting a book from the library and settling down in the den to read.
It is possible to hire a vehicle on a private basis, subject to availability. Prices are available on request.
