Check-In and Check-Out Times

Rooms may be occupied from 1 pm on the day of arrival and must please be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure for the convenience of arriving guests.

Published Rates Include

Breakfast, airport transfers, laundry, tea / coffee, spirits and beers and stocked in-room bar with sherry and brandy are included.

The rate excludes lunch and dinner, personal bar account, vintage wine and champagne and telephone calls.

Children Policy

Children aged 14 years and older are welcome. Adult rates apply.

Other Useful Information

The Ellerman Spa is open Monday - Thursday 10 am - 7 pm, Friday 9 am - 6 pm, Saturday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, and Sunday 10 am - 6 pm. It is advisable to pre-book any treatments before you arrive to avoid any disappointment.
