Rooms may normally be occupied from 2 pm on the day of arrival, and must normally please be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure for the convenience of arriving guests.

Master and Visa credit cards are accepted.

During high season, evening meals and light lunches can be provided on request. Usually the evening meal will be a "braai", which is a South African barbeque. Cost on request.

All Standard and Luxury huts have en-suite bathrooms (with shower, basin and toilet), tea / coffee making facilities, ceiling fan, alarm clock / radio and hair dryer. The Luxury huts are also equipped with a fridge, air-conditioning, a lounge area with sleeper couch and dressing room.
