Chobe Safari Lodge

On the very doorstep of the Chobe National Park, which hosts the largest concentration of wildlife in southern Africa, lies Chobe Safari Lodge.

Game viewing here is a unique experience. The National Park is the best place in the world to see the majestic African elephant for it is home to the world's largest elephant population.

Game drives into the Chobe National Park depart 3 times daily, or alternatively, guests can choose to go on a full day game drive, including picnic lunch.

Cruises into the National Park are a wonderful and somewhat different way of viewing the game. During the dry season in particular, the wildlife congregate in their thousands at the water's edge to quench their thirst.

Other activities and lodge facilities include safari walks, fishing, a swimming pool, a beauty salon, and a curio shop.

Individually decorated 46 en-suite Safari rooms offer every comfort, including air-conditioning, luxurious en-suite bath and shower facilities, as well as satellite TV. Each room has its own patio that gives you the privacy of enjoying the river views from the comfort of your own room.

The en-suite twin-bedded River rooms are air-conditioned too, and are attached to the main lodge complex. The rooms all have their own private patios.

The traditional thatched rondavels are independently positioned, with ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms.
