Rooms may normally be occupied from 2 pm on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure for the convenience of arriving guests.

Published Rates Include

Breakfast, use of the Hot Spa area (mineral spa bath, steam room, sauna, rain and body shower), morning tea, coffee and wake-up call, luxury chauffeur transfers within a 10 km radius (subject to availability), Cape history and wine presentations are included.

The rate excludes the tourism levy (per room per night) which is payable directly to the hotel.

Please also note that breakfast is NOT included for children under 12 if sharing with parents - this is an additional cost and is payable directly to the hotel.

Other Useful Information

There is a spa on the top floor of the hotel, with sweeping views of Table Mountain, the city and yacht marina, which is exclusively for the use of hotel guests only.

Other hotel facilities include: multi-lingual guest liaison / travel desk and information service, 24 hour room service, gym facilities including in room gym equipment on request, heated outdoor swimming pool or complimentary transfers and access to the nearby Virgin Active Health Club which includes a 25m indoor heated swimming pool, squash courts, tennis courts and a wide variety of aerobics classes, gift shop, foreign exchange facility, complimentary underground and surface parking, laundry, dry-cleaning and valet services.

Cafe Complet serves tea, coffee, orange juice and pastries in the library every morning from 5 am to 11 am, complimentary port and sherry are served every evening from 5 pm to 11 pm in the library, plus there are complimentary daily Cape history presentations and wine tasting at 6 pm.
