Check-In and Check-Out Times

Rooms may normally be occupied from 2 pm on the day of arrival. If possible, aim to arrive at the lodge around this time, so you can check into your room and relax before your first afternoon game drive, but if you don't think you can arrive by this time, you should aim to arrive by 3 pm at the very latest, or else you may miss the afternoon drive.

Rooms must normally please be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure for the convenience of arriving guests.

Published Rates Include

All meals, teas, snacks and 2 daily safaris and guided walks are included.

Children Policy

Sorry, No Children Under 12.

Other Useful Information

Laundry - Guests personal items can be washed and ironed at a nominal fee. Laundry bags are provided in suite cupboards. Dry cleaning is unfortunately not offered.

Computer / Email - a computer can be made available for guests use should this be required.

There are telephones installed in each guest suite. Should guests require a cell / mobile phone, the lodge can make one available to them at standard cost. South African network providers MTN and Vodacom coverage is reasonable in most areas of the reserve.

Water - the water is derived from a borehole and is not for human consumption. Bottled water is provided.
