Check-In and Check-Out Times

Rooms may normally be occupied from 2 pm on the day of arrival. If possible, aim to arrive at the lodge by this time, so you can relax and check into your room before going out on your first afternoon game drive, but if you don't think you can arrive by this time, you should aim to arrive by 3 pm at the very latest, or else you may miss the afternoon drive. Please be advised that ALL the gates into the reserve close at 8 pm.

Rooms must normally please be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure for the convenience of arriving guests. Late departures times may be arranged, subject to availability of suites.

Published Rates Include

Two game drives per day, all meals daily, selected beverages, tea / coffee, optional walking safaris and road transfer from the Madikwe Airstrip to the lodge are included. PLEASE NOTE: For self-drive visitors, the cash entrance fee of R150 per adult and R100 per child (subject to change) to enter the reserve is NOT included. For guests arriving and departing via FedAir, the landing / departure fees are also excluded and are payable directly to the lodge (rates on request).

A private Land Rover can be pre-booked, subject to availability. This will be an additional cost - rates available on request .
