Rooms may be occupied from 2 pm on the day of arrival, and must please be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure for the convenience of arriving guests.

Breakfast and dinner are included. Game drives are additional.

Children Policy

Children of any age are welcome. Rates available on request. Children aged 5 years and older may go on the guided game drives that are available to book separately. Babysitting services are available for younger children.

Other Useful Information

To make the stay more memorable we suggest that you include a game drive and bush braai in your agenda. The bush braai is held in the boma situated 20 minutes from the lodge. The menu consists of traditional South African dishes. A bush braai is held on Wednesday and Saturday evenings for all hotel guests. Rates available on request.

Game drive times:
January - March: Morning drives at 5:30 am and afternoon drives at 4:30 pm.
April: Morning drives at 6 am and afternoon drives at 4 pm.
May: Morning drives at 8 am and afternoon drives at 3.30 pm.
June / July: Morning drives at 8 am and afternoon drives at 3 pm.
August: Morning drives at 8 am and afternoon drives at 3.30 pm.
September: Morning drives at 6 am and afternoon drives at 4 pm.
October - December: Morning drives at 5.30 am and afternoon drives at 4.30 pm.

Game drive costs (January - December 2008 - Subjecy to change):
Adults R230.
Children: R30.

Other facilities include: Bus shuttle service to and from Sun City at a nominal charge, Transfers to Pilanesberg Airport, Babysitting, Covered parking adjacent to each unit, Medical services on call, Complimentary car wash, Room safes, Curio Shop, Wildlife presentations, Foreign currency exchange, Events co-ordinator.

RESTAURANT TIMES: Breakfast 7 am - 9.30 am / Lunch 12.30 pm - 2.30 pm / Dinner 6.30 pm - 10 pm.

Park entrance fees for self-drive visitors into the Pilanesberg National Park are now as follows:

Adults: R45 per person
Pensioners: R20 per person
Children: R20 per person
Vehicles: R15 per vehicle
