There are a wide range of accommodation in the region ranging from basic camp sites and B&B establishments to some of the finest lodges in Namibia.
Most of the best accommodation is around 30 km to 50 km from the gate (over 100 km from the dunes themselves), however, there are a few outstanding lodges in a neighbouring reserve with its own private entrance to the dunes and dune views from some of the rooms.
