Mauritius is about a 4 hour direct flight from Johannesburg, or a 12 hour flight from the UK. 

Both South African Airways and Air Mauritius fly directly from Johannesburg to the island, and from the UK you can also fly direct with British Airways.  Air France and Emirates also fly to the island from Paris and Dubai. 

The main airport to fly into is the Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport (airport code MRU for ease !!), and from here, we can arrange a road transfer to your beach hotel / resort for you.
