Many of the private lodges in the Delta are situated in private concessions.

These concessions are either on the west, north and south of the Moremi Game Reserve (known as the Inner Delta), and can be accessed only by private air charter. 

Other lodges are located in the Eastern Delta, which is more easily accessible from Maun. 

The lodges tend to be small, intimate affairs, with anything from 5 to 8 rooms only, ensuring that all guests receive personal attention from the staff.
