One of the nicest properties in Bantry Bay, Les Cascades De Bantry Bay, run by the ever-efficient Luc and his team, will be closing for about a year while the property undergoes a major ravamp (it was lovely already, so when it reopens in November 2011 it will be AMAZING I am sure!).
